For Brent Hisgen, construction has never simply been a job. He began building at a young age, attended vocational technical school while in high school, and started taking on construction projects for friends and family when he was approximately fourteen.
That early passion developed into a career spanning more than four decades and projects across the United States and internationally — residential construction, commercial buildings, mission-oriented facilities and specialty projects in the U.S., Panama, Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, Thailand and the Philippines.
Today, Brent's passion is outdoor living. After decades of building custom decks, patios and outdoor environments, he's become increasingly convinced that protection from Colorado's intense sun and weather should be one of the first considerations in any outdoor living project. That philosophy is now at the heart of Rogue Custom Covers and Outdoor Living.
Together with his son Cooper and the Rogue team, Brent focuses on creating covered outdoor spaces built with craftsmanship, integrity and attention to detail.
